The BodyTite platform is equipped with many of the safety and efficacy features that physicians demand most.

Fast & Sophisticated Handpiece

The innovative development of a simultaneous aspiration-coagulation handpiece, which removes the hot liquefied adipose tissue immediately, allowing the BodyTite to become a one-step procedure providing a quicker treatment, at least 4x faster than other laser assisted devices.

In addition, physicians can adjust their handpiece to control treatment depth to suit varying body areas. The ingenious design of the handpiece provides speed and accuracy for a gentle non-excisional uniform body contour.

Skin Temperature Monitoring & Limit Control

A thermo sensor embedded in the handpiece provides real time skin temperature measurements in the treatment area. As the skin's temperature reaches a predetermined user-programmed level, the handpiece modulates the energy delivery, allowing the surgeon to not only attain but also maintain the desired temperature for a prolonged period of time. This closed-loop feedback avoids overtreatment and thermal hot spots to ensure a safe and uniform treatment.

Impedance Monitoring

BodyTite provides millisecond impedance feedback to ensure consistent power output over the entire treatment area for a superior body contour.

  • Tissue Impedance: BodyTite detects the varying levels of density and fibrotic tissue in the treatment
  • Contact Impedance: Energy delivery is cut off if one of the electrodes does not have contact with the skin’s surface or is too close to the skin’s surface, offering physicians an additional dimension of safety during treatment.
  • Anti-Carbonization Protection: Automatically cuts off energy during treatment if carbonization builds on the internal electrode.

Audible Feedback

The system emits an audible sound when the skin temperature is within a few degrees of the desired user-programmed setting. This allows the physician to focus on treatment, rather than having to refer back to the device screen for temperature measurements. Furthermore, a secondary auditory response is built-in for impedance feedback.
